Pineapple Sweet and sour pork are generally based on pineapple, pork, green pepper, and red pepper. It tastes a little sweet, a little sour. As the recipe below shows, the pork is pre-fried, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside, so the dish won't be greasy. Pineapple also improves flavor and appetite.

Fried rice noodles are a classic traditional snack. The main ingredient is rice noodles, which are fried with cabbage and other vegetables. Fried rice noodles are a type of Cantonese snack.
