As we all know, China is a country with a long history and it has gone through many different dynasties, and because of this, its own unique food culture has been derived in different dynasties. China first had a food culture and system in the Western Zhou Dynasty, and from the Qin Dynasty onwards, the food culture of the Chinese population changed dramatically. During the Western Han Dynasty, Zhang Qian travelled to the West bringing many exotic ingredients, and after the Tang Dynasty, cane sugar flavouring became popular until today different regional cuisines were formed.
