Methods

Step 1: Start by filling a wok with enough cooking oil and heating it to 150 c (300 F). Then add the pork pieces one by one. Cook for 3 minutes until golden and white. Pick out the pork and use it later.

Step 2: Heat the cooking oil over high heat, then pour in the pork and fry it. After about 1 minute, when the pork is golden brown, scoop it out of the oil and drain.

Step 3: Preheat the pan, then pour in a little cooking oil. Heat in oil then add red and green peppers and sauté for 30 seconds.

Step 4: Pour in the prepared sauce. Keep stirring for 10-20 seconds. Add in pineapple cubes. Then pour the water starch in and thoroughly mix with the peppers and pineapple.

Step 5: Add in the fried pork when the sauce gets sticky. Stir to mix them all. Turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
