[1] Fired rice noodles by Rasa
Fried rice noodles
Ingredients:
Chicken; Rice noodles; tomatoes; cucumber; Some vegetables; ginger; garlic; light soy sauce;
Methods
Step 1: First, wash the tomatoes and cucumbers. Cut the tomatoes about 2cm in size and the cucumbers into pieces.
Step 2: Turn the heat on and pour the oil into the pan. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced tomatoes and cucumbers to the pan, stirring gently to make sure they don't stick.
Step 3: Add ginger, garlic, and light soy sauce respectively to the pot, and then continue to stir to fry vegetables.
Step 4: After making sure you don't have anything else to stir-fry, put the noodles down and stir well.
Step 5: To prevent the noodles from being too dry, can be in the pot after the noodles, add a proper amount of milk.
Step 6: Sprinkle a little salt into the pan to adjust the flavor before leaving the pan.
